- SGSamantha greatrexMay 2, 20261.0i was told i ould be met at the garage, but the garage wanted the car for 0800hrs. I told enterprise and was assured the car would be at my house for 0900hrs. i called to confirm the day before and told it was on the 1030 ferry and would be with me by 1200. I then got a call at 1200 saying the call was stuck in traffic (on the ise of with)and then would have it to me by 2. I called at 1 and was told the car was on the ferry not on the island. I expained my autistic son was stranded at the ferry due to this and he was very off with me but said the car would be with me by 2. the car arrived a just after 2 by a very appologetic man as the car was covered in dirt, bird poo and generally discusting. It was no betrter inside with dead grass evertwhere and smelt like a farm. we called the following day to return it but no one came until the following morning. The only posibe was to nice women in the office who was much more polite and helpful. all in all we used the car for 10 mins in total.

Motivated, eager and engaged. Like they were running their own business. I'm not sure whether the island offers autonomy or this a franchise but this team cares. Extremely good to witness in a world where employee's have become slaves to a process. Great common sense makes great customer service. All this and my pick up and drop off were both right at the end of each day. Any regional.managers reading this please note. Top marks. Very impressed. Thank you.

The process was quick and simple and the car was immaculate. I couldnt be happier and would definitely use Enterprise again.
